The Preliminary Engagement Assessment entails a complete review of your product, historical marketing activities and results, business goals, and assets. We also research competitors in your space, current trends in baby product marketing and sales, and determine where you really need to go. Only by analyzing your reality can we create your future.
Once we know what your landscape is in the marketplace, we can then create the plan; the set of service and deliverables attached to those services that we feel will get to your goals. These Proactive Exposure Activities can include a number of our services, assembled from multiple teams that will all work in unison, with milestones and goals, to help get you the exposure you need for success. Whether it’s public relations, social media, advertising, or retailer relations, we put together a custom team with one leader that will guide all of the activities that are specific to your success.
And finally, we do not believe that sales and marketing services should be engaged in unless they can be tracked and proven to be working. The Post Engagement Analysis ensures that your investment is paying off. Through weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that track all activities. (Perhaps we should’ve called it the “ongoing engagement analysis – but it didn’t give us a PEA….) All kidding aside, we know that the frustration with most agencies is a lack of understanding of ROI for the money spent by a client. We want to alleviate that confusion every step of the way.
