Amanda Vega, CEO of 3 Peas recently contributed to an article for American Express about upcoming ads that will soon populate your Instagram feed. Specifically discussed was the immense opportunity that small businesses can have in this arena that larger brands may not. How can the little guy beat the bigger guys who have agencies, and huge budgets, and internal marketing teams? In short: by being more agile, more social, and more aggressive with testing new engagement opportunities.

Being social. You guys truly are aligned with your customer because you have to be.
Being adventurous. You test new ideas in social media before the big guys do because you can’t rest on large ad budgets instead.
Being nimble. You have to be quick at everything you do because your market demands it.
And all of these things are what will give you the leg up when it comes to Instagram ads rolling out.
