In an announcement today, Facebook has spoken of yet another algorithm change that will affect your business page content visibility.
So what’s their latest punch to brands? In an attempt to create a better user experience, they will ensure content from a user’s close friends appear higher in the feed than posts from businesses. (Even those they have LIKED.) How does this affect you? Referral clicks will diminish.
This, coupled with the release a couple of months ago about the new stance Facebook has for “pay to play” is continuing to bring a struggle to brands on Facebook where not only are organic posts continuing to have less visibility, but their ads are also declining in visibility and ROI.
